Return policy
1. Returns are not applicable
Maa Se delivers freshly prepared, perishable food cooked the same morning as delivery. For food safety and hygiene reasons, once a meal has been delivered or accepted at the delivery location, it cannot be returned to us. We do not collect the affected meal back; disposing of it safely is the customer’s responsibility.
2. If something is wrong with your meal
If you receive a meal that is incorrect, spoiled, missing items, or otherwise does not meet a reasonable quality standard, please tell us on WhatsApp the same day, before 8:00 PM IST, with a photo where possible. We investigate every report; where the fault is on our side, the meal credit is returned to your subscription balance, and we may add a complimentary credit at our discretion.
3. Cancellations and refunds
